Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is well-protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized shipping point; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
